The funeral service for Zona M. Pray will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Henninger~Hinson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jeff Baker officiating. Burial will follow the service in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Zona was born May 7, 1928 to William Franklin and Zona Minnie Arizona (Harshaw) Edwards in Indianola, OK and passed away May 25, 2019 in Enid.

She attended Indianola and Enid schools and worked as a Nurse's Aide for 20 years at Enid State School, retiring in 1991. She was a longtime member of Bethany United Methodist Church where she tended to the Church flower beds and worked the Shepherd's Cupboard. Zona enjoyed working in her yard and garden but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Zona is survived by her daughter, Betty Bailey of Enid; grandchildren, Zack Bailey; John Bailey and wife, Sarah Smith all of Enid; great-grandchildren, Xavier Bailey; Felicity Bailey; Emma Bailey; Daniel Smith; Dylan Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents; brothers, D.D. Edwards; Howard Edwards and Bill Edwards; sisters, Katherine Schribner and Betty Rogers.

Memorials may be made to Valir Hospice or Shepherd's Cupboard with the Funeral Home acting as custodian of the funds.
