ENID — The funeral for Friedrichs "Fred" Rahlfs Pralle, 98, will be 10 a.m. Friday, June 25, 2010, at Zion Lutheran Church, Fairmont, with the Rev. Timothy Dorsch officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Fred was born to Friedrich Heinrich and Louise (Friedrichs) Pralle Jan. 29, 1912, in Bremen, Kan., and died Sunday, June 20, 2010, in Enid.

Fred enjoyed farming and he also worked for Ogden Construction Co.

On April 21, 1940, he married Norma Helberg in Breckinridge. She preceded him in death in November 1979. Fred later married Florene Wyssmann in November 1985 in Enid. She preceded him in death on April 15, 2009.

Fred was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his children, Darrell Pralle and wife Suzanne of Enid, Richard Pralle and wife Deloris of Las Vegas, Nev., and Nelda Dickman and husband Ted of Pampa, Texas; stepchildren, Patricia Lemke and husband Walter of Enid and Carol Breitenkamp and husband Dick of Fairmont; nine grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 14 stepgreat-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-great-grandchild.

Fred was preceded in death by two wives, Norma and Florene, two half-brothers and a half-sister.
