Memorial Park Cemetery


The funeral for Dorothy L. Parrish, 82, of Enid will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Redeemer Lutheran Church. The Rev. Chris Hall will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrange-ments are by Hennin-ger-Allen Funeral Home.

She was born July 26, 1923, in Fairmont to Henry and Anna Schumacher Rabe and died Monday, Feb. 6, 2006.

She graduated from Garber High School in 1942. She married Walles John Stoll Dec. 7, 1947. He died Sept. 25, 1967.

She was a dietary aide many years, retiring from Enid Memorial Hospital. She was a Lutheran.

She married James Parrish May 23, 1981. He died Aug. 17, 2002.

Surviving are her children, John Stoll of Gentryville, Ind., Esther Leachman, and Georgene Tah, both of Enid; Kathleen Flowers of Mooreland, Ind., Robert Parrish of Chandler, Darrel Parrish of Abilene, Texas, and James Parrish; one sister, Evelyn Richert of York, Neb.; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Besides her husbands, Walles, and James, she was preceded in death by two sisters, and four brothers.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Redeemer Lutheran Church.
