A Celebration of Life Service for Lois Arlene "Tootsie" Parrack, 92, of Enid, is 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 23, 2018, at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating.

Burial follows in Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Arlene, also known as "Tootsie," was born February 1, 1926, in Garber to Henry and Mattie Hudson Parrack and passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in The Commons.

Tootsie attended and graduated from Garber High School in 1943. She started a long career with Southwestern Bell Telephone in 1943, and retired in 1980 as a telephone operator.

She was a member of Pioneer (SWB retirees), Central Christian Church, Rainbow, and was active in bowling leagues.

Tootsie is survived by her nieces and nephews, Barbara Herl and Juanita Maciel, Floyd (Linda) Skarky, and Earl Skarky; great-nieces and great-nephews, Steve Skarky, Brent Skarky, Brian Maciel; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews, Kate Skarky, Lucy Maciel, Jack and Will Skarky, and Wyatt Maciel; and longtime friends, Shirley Ballew, Leslie, Dan, Marvin, and children.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Vernice Skarky, and brother Claude Lewis.

Memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer or Heart Division, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
