Juanita Pearl NORDYKE
The funeral for Juanita Pearl Nordyke, 78, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Liberty Southern Baptist Church. Jerry Holt, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Brown-Cummings Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home
She was born June 28, 1928, in Aline to Paul and Hazel McNickle Seifert and died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007, in Enid.

She graduated from Aline High School in 1945. She married Sam Leroy Nordyke Sept. 30, 1946, in Medicine Lodge, Kan. He died Feb. 27, 1989.
They moved to Enid in 1950 where she worked for Longfellow Cafeteria in the 1950s and later had a day care in her home in the 1960s and 1970s. She was a member of Liberty Southern Baptist Church.
Surviving are one son, Calvin Nordyke; one daughter, Madelene Carol Mccaul; one sister, Mildred Dickson; and one brother, Clifford Seifert, all of Enid; two grandsons; five granddaughters; eight great-grandsons; and five great-granddaughters.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, one sister and one brother
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Liberty Southern Baptist Church or American Diabetes Association. Condolences may be made online to brown-cummings.com
