The funeral for Tom R. Morris Sr., 73, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Stephens will officiate. The casket will remain closed. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

He was born Nov. 7, 1933, in Enid to William Sylvester “Bill” and Jessie Morris and died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007, at Bay Pines Veterans Affairs Healthcare System in Florida.

He moved to Largo, Fla., many years ago. He owned rental property and managed a mobile home trailer park, a used car lot, and served in the Army during the Korean War.

Surviving are one son, Tommy Ray Jr. of Enid; two sisters, Vonna Humphreys of Pond Creek and Jana Hill of Enid; one brother, Billy Morris of Othello, Wash.; and two grandchildren.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Hospice Circle of Love.
