Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Life for Olevia “Sally” Milligan, 92, of Enid, Okla., will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2015, at Temple Baptist Church, with Pastor Kevin Strope officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Service is under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Sally was born April 3, 1923, in Orienta, Okla., the daughter of John and Sarah Penner Nusz and passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015.

She received her GED at the age of 56 and was very proud of this achievement.

She married Richard Milligan Jan. 26, 1946, in Wellington, Kan. He preceded her in death in 1976.

Sally worked at Gold Spot Dairy and Chisholm High School, then served as Postmaster at Hillsdale, Marland and Lamont, Okla.

She was a member of ABWA, NAPUS and Temple Baptist Church.

Sally loved cooking, collecting stamps and reading. Cooking was her expression of love to family and friends and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty Milligan, and Karen Evans and husband Rick; three sons, Robert Milligan and wife Endah, Lawrence Milligan and James Milligan; stepdaughter, Nila Matzat; stepson, Richard Lee Milligan; 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ruth Blackwood, Hannah James and Sarah Koop; and two brothers, Peter Nusz and Adam Nusz.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Janice Parker, a grandson and six siblings.
