31 October 1952 - 5 March 1977

Service for Gregory Y. Maness , age 24, who died in a Norman hospital Saturday, will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Bible Baptist Church Chapel with the Rev. T.A. Chick officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Henninger Allen Funeral Home.

Maness was born October 31, 1952 in Kalamazoo Michigan where he attended the Barbara Hall Military Academy. He moved to Enid when he was in the seventh grade, living here since that time. He graduated from Enid High School in 1970 and was attending Oklahoma University at the time of his death. He was affiliated with the Bible Baptist Church.

Survivors include his mother , Mrs. Otelia Maness, 408 N. 19th; his father , Herman Ray Maness, Enid; one sister Mrs. Richard (Gayle) Dyke of Albuquerque N.M.; two brothers, Michael of Wichita Falls RX and Timothy of Enid .
