Thursday, May 19th, 1938 - Monday, September 25th, 2023

Harold "Morri" Joseph Morrissette of Enid, Oklahoma, passed away September 25, 2023 in Enid, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, September 28, 2023, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery with military honors provided by the United States Air Force Honor Guard. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 27th from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the funeral home.

Harold was born to Alfred and Margaret Morrissette on May 19, 1938. He attended school in Providence, Rhode Island graduating from Providence High School in 1956. He entered the U.S. Air Force after high school, and met the love of his life, Carolyn, while stationed in Kokomo, Indiana. They married on July 20, 1963, and together raised four children, Kim, Michelle, Cathy, and Greg. Harold retired from the Air Force in 1983 and settled in Enid, Oklahoma. Following retirement from the military, he worked as a civilian at Vance AFB with Northrop until his retirement from there in 2000.

Harold was a strong, resilient man living a long life - leaving incredible memories and a lasting legacy for all who knew and loved him.

Harold is survived by three children; daughter Kim Wall and husband Tommy of Foss, Oklahoma; Michelle Harrison and husband Rod of Edmond, Oklahoma; and son Greg and wife Amber of Enid, Oklahoma. Survivors also include his brother Ronald of Providence R.I., nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren who will cherish memories of PaPa. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 55 years Carolyn, his daughter Cathy, and two siblings.

The family of Harold wish to extend our sincere thanks to the staff of Greenbrier Skilled Nursing and Dr. Snyder for the excellent care provided these past few months.

Memorial contributions in Harold's name may be made to the charity of their choice with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
