Eleanor Priscilla (Macdonald) Merry
March 29, 1946 - May 11, 2023

Funeral services for Eleanor Merry, 77, Enid, will be held at 10:30 on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 in World Harvest Church with Pastor Brad Mendenhall officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Eleanor was born on March 29, 1946 in Boston, Massachusetts, the daughter of Charles Sawyer Macdonald and Anna Margaret Porter Macdonald, and passed away peacefully on May 11, 2023 at her son’s residence

Eleanor loved to read and sew. For many years Eleanor worked at Advance Foods. She was also a long time member of World Harvest Church.

Eleanor is survived by her sister Roberta Smith and her husband Randy, Her sister Faith Hardy and Sister-in-law Theresa MacDonald, her four children Tammy Page( sp. John), Ronald Merry (sp. Tracey), Susan Wesson (sp.Aaron), and Robert Merry (sp. Katie), 21 grandkids and 8 great grandchildren, and may nieces and nephews. All of these she loved and touched deeply.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Barbara Ingram, Sandra Hepper, Elizabeth Tiffany, and brother Charles MacDonald.
