ENID — Funeral service for Harold Thomas Lloyd, 55, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Don Tines will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery . There will be a time of visitation with the family today from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Harold was born April 25, 1955, in Enid, Okla., to Vernon Abraham and Virginia Ethel Bull Lloyd and passed away Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, in Tulsa, Okla.

He graduated with the last graduating class of Carrier High School in 1973. He went to Northwestern College in Alva, Okla., where he received his flight training. Then he went to Oklahoma State University, where he achieved a degree in landscape architecture.

While at OSU he met Virginia Gotwals. They were married July 14, 1979.

Harold worked in landscape while living in Edmond. He then became an independent oil and gas land man.

Survivors include his mother, Virginia of Enid, Okla.; sons, Grant Thomas Lloyd and fiancé Kalan Chapman of Tulsa, Okla., and Adam Gotwals Lloyd of Tulsa, Okla.; brothers, Charles Lloyd and wife Barbara of Houston, Texas, and Russell Lloyd and wife Harriet of Hillsdale , Okla.; two grandchildren, Kadyn and Braxton Lloyd; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon.

Memorials may be made to the Shriners.
