February 17, 1934 - October 12, 2019

A Celebration of Life Service for Bertie M. Krausse age 85 of Enid will be 2:00 pm Thursday at Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Tom Stanley and Rev. Don Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Bertie was born February 17, 1924 in Jet, OK to Wilbur and Gilberta Combs Platt and passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Integris Bass Baptist Hospital. She grew up in Jet where she graduated from Jet High School. She attended Phillips University. She married Edwin Krausse on April 20, 1974 at Central Christian Church. Bertie was a member of Central Christian Church where she was active in the Hand Bell Choir, volunteered in the office and the library. Bertie worked at Clinesmtih Furniture as the office manager.

Bertie is survived by her husband Edwin of the home, daughter Amy Johnson of Edmond, two grandsons; Asher and Silas Johnson of Edmond, several nephews nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and a sister.
