Funeral service for Herman Otis Keith, 78, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at Central Assembly of God Church, with the Revs. Steve Lance and Rodney Wardwell officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. Visitation with family will be 5:30-7 p.m. today, Jan. 7, at the funeral home.

Herman was born to Arnold and Nan (Howell) Keith on Sept. 28, 1935, in Payne County, Okla., and died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, in Oklahoma City.

Herman graduated from Perry High School in 1954, and married Elizabeth Betty Platt on Dec. 10, 1955.

He owned and operated Enid Sales and Service, a sub-surface pump shop, for more than 40 years. He loved spending time with family, whether watching a game or taking family vacations in his RV. Herman attended Central Assembly of God Church.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; three daughters, Patti Ruiz and husband Willie, Jana Keith, and Jeri Carpenter and husband Wayne, all of Enid; grandchildren, Stephanie Coffman and husband Kevin, Maria Unruh and husband Jonathan, Kathryn and Rachel Ruiz, Jessica, Cole and Ethan Carpenter; great-grandchildren, Caleb Baade, Payten Unruh, Jonathon and Sandra Coffman; brother, Don Keith of Perry; sisters, Lenora Phelps and Clara Givens of Perry.

Memorials may be made to Central Assembly Family Life Center.
