August 26, 1928 - December 3, 2020

Wanda Holdeman, 92-year old former Enid resident, died Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, in Buffalo. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020, at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Enid. Burial will follow with the Billings Funeral Home, Woodward, in charge of arrangements.

Wanda Bernice (Dunn) Holdeman was born on Aug. 26, 1928, in Holdenville, Okla., to Claude Austin and Sally Lorena (Collins) Dunn. She grew up in several Oklahoma towns due to her dad working in the oil industry. Wanda graduated from Enid High School and later attended Phillips University. Wanda was united in marriage to Roy Eugene Holdeman on June 7, 1947, in Enid, Okla. They made their home in Enid and lived there for many years before moving to Buffalo to be near her family.

She worked at Romine and Thomas CPA and later for Johnny Curan CPA. Wanda was a member of the Willow Road Christian Church and was very involved in the Christian Womens Fellowship.

Wanda is survived by her husband of 73½ years Roy Eugene Holdeman; daughters: Kathryn Webb and husband CL of Kansas City, Mo.; Mary Ingram and husband Everett of Enid, Okla.; sons: Gary Holdeman and wife Joyce of Laverne, Mark Holdeman and wife Lindsay of Frisco, Texas; 10 grandchildren: Brian and Allison Holdeman, Angela and David Cronister, Joseph and Jennifer Webb, Jeffery and Emily Webb, Keith Webb, Joshua Webb, Justin and Lena Seckman, Amanda and Bella Seckman, Heather and Matt Barnett, Russell and Misty Ingram; 29 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Garrell C. Dunn, sister Betty Lou Shelton, a son Paul Leroy Holdeman, a daughter Virginia Lee Thomas, and two great-granddaughters Sarah Kristine Cronister and Andrea Hollister.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Willow Road Christian Church with the Billings Funeral Home, 1621 Downs Avenue, Woodward, OK 73801 accepting the contributions.
