Services for E. A. (Pete) Hitchcock, 60, who died Monday, will be at 2 PM today in the Henninger – Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Jack Cox and George Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Born in Guymon, he was reared and attended school in Tonkawa. He married Maxine Kenneaster in Gage in 1930 and came to Enid in 1943. He was a construction superintendent with a local construction company and a member of the Lahoma Road Church of Christ.

Survivors include his widow, Maxine, of the home at 1018 E. Oklahoma; a daughter, Carol Betts, Enid; three sons, Terry of Oklahoma City, Ronnie of Weatherford, and E. A. of Enid; nine grandchildren; a brother, Samuel of Corvalis, Oregon; two sisters, Ida Pennington of Wichita and Lyle Pilkington of California. He was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
