The funeral for Ronald K. Hays, 70, of Enid, will be 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, at Garriott Road Church of Christ. Jerry Campbell and Ray Rose, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. He was born Aug. 5, 1938, in Enid to Clayton Jewel and Agnes Lily Goodhue Hays and died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2008.

He graduated from Enid High School in 1957. He married Jewell Mae Brown Aug. 5, 1960. He worked for Bond Bakery 18 years, then G.E. Failing Co. five years as a lathe operator and an Inertia welder operator. He then worked for Rainbo Bakery three years, then transferred to Dallas. He relocated back to Enid in Sept. 1992, and retired.

Surviving are his wife, Jewell of the home, four daughters, Betty Lowe of Fort Worth, Texas, Reeta Williams, Linda Poage, both of Enid, and Renee Hays of Ponca City; one son, Harvey Hays of Enid; one sister, Zona Johnson of Enid; one brother, Jerry Hays of Enid; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren
