A Celebration of Life for Gertrude Louise Hayes, age 102, of Frisco, Texas, formerly of Enid, is 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for an hour prior to the start of the service. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Gertrude was born December 30, 1915, in Lexington, Missouri, to Samuel and Bertha (Coburn) Devlin, and passed away Monday, February 12, 2018, in Frisco, Texas. Gertrude was manager at Vance Air Force Base snack bar for ten years, and worked in Longfellow Junior High cafeteria for 25 years, retiring in 1991 at the age of 76.

She is preceded in death by her husband Lester Hayes; daughters Carolyn Hayes White and Pat Hayes Brock; four brothers and one sister.

Gertrude is survived by her son, Robert Hayes and wife Sue, of Garland, Texas; eleven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great-granddaughter; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials in Gertrude's name may be made to the charity of choice, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
