Nina Mae Harbison, 86, of Guthrie, Okla., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, in Guthrie. She was born March 28, 1928, in Davenport, Okla., to O.N. and Dora (Nash) Dotson.

Nina attended high school in Chandler.

She married Harold Alford in 1944, in Clinton, Okla. He preceded her in death in 1985.

Nina spent the majority of her adulthood in Enid, Okla.

She married Billy Harbison in Oklahoma City, Okla., in 1996.

Nina was employed at Dean McGee Eye Institute.

She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and United Daughters of the Confederacy. She enjoyed reading, cooking and dancing. At a young age, she played the piano in a quartet.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Harbison of Guthrie; daughters, Carolyn Blevins and husband Steven of Yukon, and Patricia Davis and husband Michael of Monkey Island; brother, Robert L. Dotson of Oklahoma City; four grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harold Alford, two brothers and one sister.

Service will be 11 a.m. today, Jan. 22, 2015, at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel, with Chaplain Gene Owen officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Enid, Okla. Service is under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home, Guthrie. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. today.
