May 06, 1951 - February 19, 2019

Billie Jean Haragan, age 67, passed away on February 19, 2019 after a short battle with cancer. She was born on May 6, 1951 in Enid, OK to Willard and Mable Schultz Parker. Billie attended and graduated Garber High School in 1969 before marrying Fred Haragan in May, 1971. She was a homemaker, enjoying her crafts, crochet, painting and floral arranging. Billie was very family oriented and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Billie is survived by her children; Travis Haragan of Garber, OK; Misty Hancock and husband Rusty of Mustang, OK and Sabrina Busby of Duncan, OK. Also by five siblings; Richard Parker of Enid, OK, Anna Thompson and husband Gus of Norman, OK, Velma Gould of Moore, OK, Sharon Olmstead and husband Mark of KS and Diana Parker of Moore, OK. And also by twelve grandchildren-Alex, Kailey, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Taylor, Haley, Payton, Mackenzie, Dylan, Devin and Liam, and three great grandchildren-Dax, Hudson and Xavier and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family funeral can be made to McNeil's Funeral Service, Mustang, OK.

A funeral has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of McNeil's Funeral Service, Mustang, OK. Graveside services will be at 3:00 pm in Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid, OK.
