Viewing for Robert Gene Hale, age 74, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2007, in the McRay Funeral Home in Chickasha.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2007, in the Ladasau-Evans Funeral Home in Enid, Oklahoma. Interment will be in The Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Enid under the direction of the Ladasau-Evans Funeral Home in Enid.

Robert Gene Hale was born on May 28, 1932, in Enid, Oklahoma. He went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2007, in Chickasha.

Robert grew up in Enid and moved to Chickasha in 1971. He was employed by the Rock Island Railroad until his retirement in August of 1978. Robert started his own business, Hale's Manufactured Homes, in Chickasha in 1972. He retired from there in 2003. Robert was a member of The Church of the First Born.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Danny Hale in 1984.

Survivors include: Wife: Joann Hale of the home; Son & Wife: Mike & Carol Hale of Chickasha; Son & Wife: Mark & Vickie Hale of Chickasha; Son & Wife: Darry & Tara Hale of Chickasha; Grandchildren: Chad Hale & his wife, LaCresha & Family; Mandy Sheltry & her husband, Daryl & Family; Jay & Roy Hale; Taylor Hale.

Local arrangements are under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
