September 7, 1944 - May 25, 2019

The Graveside services honoring and celebrating the life of Gary French, 74, of Enid will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday May 30, 2019 in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Full Military Honors will be conducted by the United States Air Force Honor Guard. The Masonic Graveside will be conducted by Lodge # 501. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

He was born September 07, 1944 to Gordon Shelton and Iva Marie (Bielby) French in Hale, Michigan and passed from this life on May 25, 2019 in Enid, Oklahoma.

He is a Veteran of the United States Air Force, a 32nd degree Mason, Shriner, and with his wife and son, owned Stevens Refrigeration and Heating.

He is survived by his wife of over fifty-five years, LaVonda "Sue" French, daughters, Wendy Sue Eckert, Natalie Shea Mason and husband Bryan, both of Enid, and son, Nathan S. French, and wife Andrea, of Enid, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in his name to the Shriners Children's Hospital with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
