Graveside services for Johnny Roy Fisher, 64, Enid, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Gary Fisher officiating. Services under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service. Visitation with the family present will be Friday, March 23, 2012 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Johnny was born on July 22, 1947 in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, the son of Foy Gene and Frieda Ann Faulkner Fisher, and passed away peacefully on Monday morning, March 19, 2012 at Highland Park Manor. He graduated from Hampshire-Fannett High School, Texas, in 1966, and later moved to Ringwood, Oklahoma. Johnny worked for Sturdevant Ice Company, Frisco Railroad and later Burlington Northern as a railroad track worker.

Survivors include, mother, Frieda Ann Fisher; children, Johnny Fisher, Melissa and husband Abel Cabrera, Robert and wife Nicole Fisher, and Tamra Fisher-Chauhdry and husband Amir ; grandchildren; Zachary Shanks, Ezekiel Shanks, Jon Dakota Shanks, Kristopher Shanks, Seth Fisher, Rande Fisher, Dillon Fisher, Hanin Saeed, Ibraheen Saeed, Ismaeel Saeed; one great-grandchild. Brother, Gary and wife Vonna Fisher; sisters, Patricia Daniels, Linda and husband Rick Weathers .

Johnny was preceded in death by his father.

Memorials may be made in Johnny’s memory to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Diabetes Division, with the Stittsworth family serving as custodian of the fund. The family would like to thank Generations at Bass Hospital, Dr. Cordry and Jackie, and Nursing staff at Highland Park Manor.
