The funeral service for Marvin Dulick, age 95, of Enid, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2008, at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Grady Bohannan will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Marvin was born October 12, 1913, in Waukomis, OK, to Harry Edgar and Alma V. Anderson Dulick and died Tuesday, October 28, 2008, in Enid.

He attended the Waukomis schools. Marvin worked at Hackney and while working he attended Phillps University to get his certificate to be an aircraft mechanic. He mowed at Woodring Airport to pay for flying lessons and after completion he flew delivering papers to rural areas. He was a pilot for Champlin. He formed Dulick Industries and later he merged with Becker to start Dulick and Becker Industries. He farmed, was a member of the Woodcarvers Club, he enjoyed fishing and his motorcycle, and working on sewing machines. After his retirement, he and his wife traveled extensively throughout the U.S. with the woodcarving shows. This was until health forced them to give up their travels. He married Berneita Verlee Batchelder on November 16, 1935. She preceded him in death on December 27, 2006.

He is survived by his children, Arkell Dulick and wife, Benita, and Deanna Allen and husband, Ernie; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Berneita, brother, Vernon Dulick, and sister, Marjorie Coburn.
