ENID, Okla. — Funeral service for John Richard “Doogie” Dugan, 47, will be at 2 p.m. today, Feb. 12, 2014, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Brian Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

John was born to Albert and Faye Glenda (Willis) Dugan on Sept. 9, 1966, in Oklahoma City, and died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, in Enid.

John was very sweet and passive, and was a person who others gravitated to because of his calming demeanor. He loved watching action movies and chewing gum.

John was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his brother, Homer Dugan of Missouri; his best friend, Eddie Bradshaw of the home; his family at Evergreen; and his guardians, Emily and John Wolf.

Memorials may be made to Evergreen Life Services.
