ENID — The funeral service for Charlene Driver, age 61, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at the First Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor D. L. Norwood will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be a time of visitation at the funeral home 6 - 8 p.m. this evening. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Charlene was born April 10, 1946, in Enid, OK to Aubrey and Estelle (Christopher) Swan and died March 5, 2008, at Highland Park Manor.

She graduated from Enid High School and attended one year at Langston University. She was active in church most of her adult life from Macedonia COGIC to Westside COGIC. She was Hospitality Chair for her church and her district and a Sunday school teacher for many years.

She is survived by her children, Carlene Vanderpool, Robin Driver and Lance Driver; one grandchild, Laran and three step grandchildren; sisters, Laura Brook of Phoenix, AZ, June Barnes of Enid, OK; and one brother, William Swan of Edmond, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents, several aunts, an uncle and cousins.
