January 20, 1925 - January 5, 2010

The funeral services for Edith F. Blair, 84 year-old Enid resident will be .Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 2PM in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Tommy LeGrand will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Edith was born January 20, 1925 in Macks Creek, Missouri to George M. and Leanna R. (Eidson) Stoufer and died Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. She attended local schools in Macks Creek. On November 14, 1945 she married William H. Blair in Sedan, Kansas and the couple made their home in Bartlesville, OK. before moving to Enid in 1961. Edith began working at the Enid State School in 1966 where she retired from in 1984.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She loved to fish.

She is survived by her children; Sandy Ohls and husband Gene of Enid and George Blair and wife Pam of Wichita, KS., 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, one sister, Joretta Canon of Roach, MO. as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband William, one daughter, Leanna Rose, one son, William Eugene, two brothers and two sisters.
