The funeral for Howard F. Arnold, 68, a long – time resident of Enid who died Saturday after a lengthy illness, will be at 2 PM Tuesday in Fossett Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Paul Enabnit, pastor of Davis Park Christian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Arnold was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 501, AF&AM, in Enid.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ada, December 13, 1960, and by one daughter in 1951.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine; two sons, Oscar Stanley Arnold, Enid, and William "Bill" Arnold, Houston, Texas; one step son, Harold Hays Jr., Amarillo, Texas; two step daughters, Mrs. B. D. (Eunice) Barnes, Enid, and Ruth Bradley; two brothers, Robert Arnold, Sublette, Kansas, and Roy Stanley Arnold, Perryton, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Bob (Mildred) Meyer, Amarillo, Texas, Mrs. George (Velma) Seamen, Platsville, Colorado, and Mrs. James (Nona) Barker, Saint Martinsville, Louisiana; 12 grandchildren; and nine great – grandchildren.
