Bob M. Aragonez, age 66, 1301 East pine, passed away Wednesday in a local hospital following a period of ill health. He was born November 16, 1919 in Bisbee, Arizona and moved to Enid in 1957 from Chandler, Arizona. He married Irma Swaim April 15, 1952 in Nogales, Mexico. At the time of his death he was office manager for Pav – Con Inc. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church, a former member of AM Ambucs and the VFW. He was a veteran of WW 2 serving in the U. S. Army.

Predeceased by parents and one brother. Survivors include his wife, Irma, of the home. Two sons: Joe and his wife Judy Coen, Enid; Robert Aragonez and his wife Sue, Columbus, Ohio, two daughters: Brenda Aragonez Smith and her husband Randy, Enid; Karen Mahoney and her husband Chuck, Enid. Nine grandchildren and three great – grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 PM in the Ladusau – Evans Chapel with Rev. Dan O'Daniel, pastor of Faith Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family has suggested donations to the American Lung Association in memory of Mr. Aragonez. The funeral home will serve as custodian of the funds. Services are under the direction of Ladusau – Evans Funeral Home.
