Raymond O. Allen, 65, 1108 E. Cherokee, died Saturday afternoon in an Enid hospital following an illness of several months.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM Tuesday in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. and R. T. Eichenaur officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

He was born April 1, 1916, at Coleman. The family moved to Strang were Allen graduated from high school.

An Enid resident since 1941, he and Rena mae Veatch were married June 15, 1941, at Ringwood. He served in the U. S. Army in the European Theater during World War I I, returning to Enid following his discharge. He was a 20-year employee of Gold Spot Dairy, retiring three years ago. He had also worked for Luckenbill Contractors for seven years.

Survivors include his wife of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Gladys Dickson of Clovis, New Mexico; two sons, Richard of Dillon, Colorado, and John of Tulsa; one brother, Ben of Enid; and six grandchildren.
