Mass of Christian Burial for Jeanette Marie Allen, 80, Enid, is 10 a.m. Monday, April 2, 2018, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Father Joseph Irwin officiating. Burial follows in Memorial Park Cemetery. Recitation of the Rosary is 6 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2018, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Jeanette died at home Wednesday, March 28, 2018, surrounded by her family. Jeanette was born on the family farm March 10, 1938, to Joseph Kokojan and Adella Walta in Waukomis. She graduated from Waukomis High School. Upon marrying John J. Allen, August 30, 1956, in Bison, the couple made Enid their home. Jeanette was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker. She was very active in the Enid community as well as her church. Jeanette will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by Jerry Allen and Fawn Lamb of Enid, Bob and Margaret Allen of Branson, Missouri, and JoAnn and David Edson of Titusville, Florida. Grandchildren include: Ashley and Curtis Taylor, Meghan and Brad Mills, Eric Wheeler and Katie Salvatore, Josh Edson, Robert Allen, Madison Allen, Jordyn and Cody Tindall, and Jared Allen. Great-grandchildren include: Zoe, Creed, Harper, Paisley, Grayson and Rylie.

Preceded in death by her husband, John; brother, James Kokojan; and her parents.

Memorials may be made to Our Daily Bread, Hospice Circle of Love or St. Jude Children's Hospital, with the funeral home acting as custodian for the funds.
