Mrs. Clarence (Bessie Faye) Adams, 59, 801 E. Elm, died Friday evening in a local hospital after a long illness. Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday in Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Delbert Miles officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Adams was born on May 15, 1915, in Federick and attended school there. She married Clarence Adams in Mangum in June 1932, and came to Enid in 1950.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; three sons, Charles and Tom, both of Bartlesville, and Joe, Charlotte, North Carolina; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Gene Pruitt, Federick, and Art Pruitt, Oklahoma City.
