Mrs. Lucky Ruckman died at her home southwest of town Monday morning. She had been confined in her bed only since Saturday and her death was a shock to her family and friends. She and her husband, who preceded her in death, were early pioneers of the community. She was a kind neighbor and will be missed by a host of friends. The members of her family who are left to mourn her passing are three sons, Bryon of the home, Jim Ruckman of Marshall and Glenn Ruckman of Rock Island, Ill.; three daughters, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a number of other relatives.
