Garber Cemetery


Garber – Funeral services will be held for Leslie C. Harman, 67, at 2 PM Wednesday at the Garber Christian Church. Burial will be in the Garber Cemetery. The Rev. Bryan Dell and the Rev. George Lespagnard will officiate.

Harman was born on a farm southeast of Garber where he lived until he married the former Mina Disney in 1928 when they moved to Garber and established a home. He farmed and was a mechanic and welder.

Harman was a member of the Church of the Brethren.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Eldon (Edna Mae) Enfield, Garber, and Mrs. Mary Jane Harman, Billings; two sons, Calvin, Ponca City, and Gene, Enid; three brothers, George, John and Fred, all of Garber, and seven grandchildren.

The services are under the direction of the Anderson Funeral Home.
