Garber Cemetery


The funeral for Jevon Simone-Lateef Dickens, 7, of Enid, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Garber. Joseph Myers, pastor will officiate. Burial will be in Garber Cemetery. Arrangements are by Dugger Funeral Home, Garber. Visita-tion will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

He was born June 22, 2000, in Enid to Armand and Stacey Dickens and died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Enid.

He was a second grade student at Taft Elementary School, Enid.

Surviving are his parents Stacey Dickens and Daniel Cerney of Enid and Armand and Christie Dickens of Pensacola, Fla.; five sisters, Reylina Dickens, Pauline Mae Cerny, Amanda Cerny, Kaitlin Cerny and Ariel Dow, all of Enid; one brother, Shon Cerny of Enid; maternal grandparents, Bob and Frances Hickman of San Diego; paternal grandparents, John and Helen Dickens of Pensacola; maternal stepgrandparents, Emma Cerny and Gene Cerny, both of Enid; and paternal stepgrandparents, David Bryant Sr. and Cheryl Bryant, both of Pensacola.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home, P. O. Box 66, Garber, OK 73738, to Juvenile Diabetes Association.
