Graveside services for Vernie Lee Suggs will be 2:00 pm Friday, February 23, 2024 in the Garber Cemetery with Pastor Tom LeGrand officiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service,. was a beloved father, and a friend, passed away on February 15,2024, at the age of 70. He was born on January 15,1954, and brought joy and love to all who knew him. He was born in Blackwell, Oklahoma and had 8 sisters and 3 brothers.

Vernie had a passion for fishing, tinkering, and building things. He could often be found by the water, casting his line, and enjoying the serenity of nature. Vernie's creativity and skill in tinkering and building allowed him to bring his ideas to life, leaving behind a legacy of craftsmanship.

Vernie's presence will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.

Vernie is survived by his loving daughters, Allison Lopez, Alicia Macias, Serena Bradley, Brittney Adams, and Shelia Deshazier. Sons: Jesse Poe, Colt Suggs, Son-in-laws: Wesley Poe, Devan Adams, Luis Macias, Martin Lopez. Grandkids: Kimmy Lowry, Hunter Bradley, Laney Macias, Angelina Macias, Landon Macias, Austynn, Andrew Lopez, Kody Lopez, Michael Lopez Brandi Barrera, Jeremiah Barrera, Jami Treadwell. Josh Treadwell. Numerous great grandchildren. Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.
