Funeral service for Anita Woodruff, 78, of Hideaway, Texas, formerly of Enid, Okla., will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Alan Seible will officiate. Burial will follow at Enid Cemetery. Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home. Visitation with family is 5-7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, at the funeral home.

She was born Nov. 27, 1936, to J. Roy and Dorotha (Nehring) Roberts, Garfield County, Patterson Township, and passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, in Tyler, Texas.

She is survived by her husband of 55 plus years, Phillip G. Woodruff of Hideaway, Texas; sons, Byron and wife Kathryn of Hoover, Ala., and Barry and wife Julie; granddaughters, Jordan and Carson; brother, Alan Roberts of Hunter, Okla.; sister-in-law, Liz Hensley of Woodward, Okla.; niece, Ginger; and nephews, Tim, Paul, Mike and Chris; and many cousins and good friends

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Dorotha Roberts, and brother, Leroy Roberts.

Memorials may be made to any mission organization of donor’s choice that takes the gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations, with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
