Frank Story services Wednesday

Funeral services for Frank Story, 78, 1721 W. Cherokee, will be in the Henninger – Allen Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday at 3:30 PM with Dr. R. G. Trent officiating. Burial will be in the Enid Cemetery under the direction of the Henninger – Allen Funeral Home.

He died Sunday in a local hospital after a short illness.

Born in Canada, he moved with his parents to Odebolt, Iowa, when he was two years old. He married the former Viney Lee Oringderff in Enid on August 27, 1911.

He farmed near Enid and then in Odebolt, and returned here 45 years ago and had lived here since. He had farmed southwest of Enid until his retirement 12 years ago.

Survivors include his wife, Viney, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. George (Gladys) Webb, Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Emmanuelle (Barbara) Semrad, Enid; one son, Ralph E. Story, Enid; eight grandchildren and five great – grandchildren; and one sister, Anna McCorkindale, Odebolt.
