A Celebration of Life Service for Billie Colleen Stephenson, age 87, Enid, is 10 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 2018, at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Chaplin Bill King officiating. Burial is in the Enid Cemetery, under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Colleen was born March 7, 1930, in Fairview, OK to Horace and Myrlene Hoover Hilton, and passed away February 1, 2018, at her home. She moved to Enid at a young age, where she attended Enid Public Schools. She married Jimmy Stephenson on November 2, 1947, in Enid and he passed away March 11, 2004. Colleen worked as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone and later helped with the family business Stephenson Construction. She and Gary opened and operated Willow Street Jazz Café. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She was a lifelong Zeta Rho Sorority, where she made many dear friends.

Colleen is survived by her children, Gary and Terence Stephenson, Randy Stephenson, and Cindy and Bruce Simon; grandchildren, Brandon and Kacy Simon, Lindsey and Scott Lewis, Ryan and Ashely Stephenson, and Billy J. Stephenson; five great-grandchildren; and brother Jim and Phyllis Hilton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Pulmonary Division, or Ross Health Care, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
