Lillie Mae Ryder, 55, 1019 N. Washington, died Sunday in a local hospital. Her funeral will be Wednesday at 2 PM in the New Light Baptist Church with Rev. B. Mucker officiating. Burial will follow in Enid Cemetery under the direction of Russworm Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ryder was born in Guthrie, and attended schools there. She lived in Enid about 31 years. She was the president of General Missions at Light Baptist Church.

Survivors include nine daughters, Ada Holland, Minnie Johnson, Ann Patterson, Gwendolyn Courtney, Denise Ryder, Marllyne Ryder and Gythis Rider, all of Enid; Mrs. Pat Gaines, Tulsa, and Mrs. Kathey Matkian, Waco, Texas; her husband, Louis Ryder, Colorado Springs, Colorado; three sisters, Mrs. Margert Turner and Mrs. Marie Rich, both of Enid, and Mrs. Mary Reffegee, Franklin, Tennessee; 10 grandchildren; two great – grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
