Graveside services for T. W. Robinson, 79, 2517 W. Maine, are scheduled for 2 PM Tuesday in Enid Cemetery. Rev. William Schreiber officiating and the American Legion conducting the services.

Robinson died Saturday in a local hospital.

Born October 21, 1895 in Perry, Robinson traveled the state with his father, a pioneer missionary doctor. He attended Oklahoma University in 1916 and 1917 and married Pearl M. Scott in 1917 in Oklahoma City.

Robinson served in the U. S. Army in France during World War I and lived in Oklahoma City and Stillwater before moving to Enid in 1951. He retired as International Harvester territorial manager in 1958.

Robinson was a member of American Legion Argonne Post 4, the Enid Stamp Club, the American Association of Retired Persons and the Retired Senior Volunteer Program.

Survivors include his wife, Pearl, of the home; one son, Theron Lawrence, Overland Park, Kansas; one daughter, Mrs. Laura Whitehall, New York City; his step – mother, Mrs. O. T. Robinson, Brittian; one sister, Mrs. Ray C. (Marion) Smith, Rochester, Washington; one brother, William R. Robinson, El Paso, Texas; three step sisters, Mrs. William C (Dorothy) McGrew, Norman, Mrs. Ralph Robinson, Sabetha, Kansas, and Mrs. A. O. Thrasher, El Dorado, Kansas, and three grandchildren.

Henninger – Allen Funeral Home has charge. A Memorial fund has been established with the American Legion Children's Home in Ponca City.
