Mrs. Nancy (Nannie) Robinson, 96, formerly of 1516 W. Cherokee, died Sunday evening in a local rest home after a short illness.

She was born and raised in Alexandria, Tennessee, attended schools there and later taught school there. She married Oscar Robinson January 8, 1903. Shortly after they were married they moved to Woodward, later moving to Ft. Supply and Gage. They came to Enid in 1920, and had lived here since.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar, March 17, 1952, and one daughter, Mrs. Helen Fay Fodschalk December 30, 1952. Survivors are one son, J. Cliff Robinson, Enid; one sister, Mrs. F. E. Smith, Corpus Christi, Texas; one brother, Joe Berry, Alexandria, Tennessee; three grandsons and three great – grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Robinson will be at 2 PM Tuesday in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Leslie G. Everitt Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Enid Cemetery.
