A Celebration of Life for Charles A. Ragsdale Jr. is 2 p.m. today, Jan. 17, 2017, at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Gene Long officiating. Interment follows in the Enid Cemetery.

Charles was born July 14, 1943, in Seminole, the son of Charles A. Ragsdale Sr. and Mildred Rush Ragsdale and passed away Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017. He was a graduate of Laverne High School, Laverne, Oklahoma, in 1961. Charles was united in marriage to the love of his life, Carol Ann Nelson, on June 15, 1961, in Follett, Texas. He worked most of his life in the oil field.

Survivors include his wife, Carol, two sons, Charles A Ragsdale III of Enid, Cary Ragsdale of Enid and a daughter, Crystal Guthrie of Oklahoma City, five granddaughters and nine great-grandchildren and a sister, Linda Hutchins of Bryan, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a granddaughter.
