The Funeral services celebrating and honoring the life of Mr. Neal Oliver Phillips, 40, of Des Moines, Iowa, formerly of Enid, will be held 10:30 A.M. Monday March 12, 2018 in the Enid Cemetery with Pastor Michael Frisbie officiating. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

He was born on May 10, 1977 to James Oliver Phillips and Helen Susan O’Dea Davault and passed from this life on February 27, 2018.

He was raised and educated in Enid. At the age of eight he moved to St. James, Missouri where he continued his education. At the age of seventeen he returned to Enid where he went to Enid High School. He worked for Jumbo Food’s in Enid and then at the age of twenty-five he moved to Florida. He continued his work at a local grocery store. Neal moved to Providence Rhode, Island at the age of thirty-four and continued working at the local grocery store. In 2016 he began his work in the dairy department of the Windsor Heights Walmart in Iowa. He enjoyed fishing, movies and absolutely loved O.U. Football.

He is survived by his father; James Phillips, mother; Helen O’Dea Davault and husband Charles Williams, son; Jordan Phillips, brother; Patrick Davault, and grandmother; Nora O’Dea

He was preceded in death by his grandfather; Delbert O’Dea
