The funeral service for Priscilla A. Neil is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016, in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Gail Edmison officiating. Burial follows in Enid Cemetery. The service is under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Priscilla was born April 22, 1952, in Mineral Wells, Texas, to Pete and Jewel (Calhoun) Manzanres, and passed Friday, Sept. 2, 2016, in Enid, surrounded by family and friends.

On June 5, 1976, Priscilla married Bob Neil. They made their home in Enid. Bob passed May 2, 1995.

For 16 years, Priscilla worked as a bartender at the Classic Club. She was also First Deputy Court Clerk of Garfield County for 32 years, retiring in May, 2013.

OU Football and Thunder basketball were among Priscilla's favorites, but she also enjoyed fishing, reading, playing the slots, and was an avid Elvis fan. Most of all, she loved being with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son, Donny.

Priscilla is survived by her two sons, Rick and Bobbie; nine grandchildren, Alisha, Peyton, Marissa, McKaela, Madison, Dylan, Jace, Briley, Dalton; two sisters, Diane and Linda; as well as numerous extended family.
