Birth: Oct. 4, 1909 Death: Aug. 11, 1982

Helen Money, 1213 S. Madison, died Wednesday morning in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. She was 72.

Mrs. Money was born in Illinois and moved to Enid at an early age with her parents.

She and Lewie Money were married May 14, 1929, and had lived here since that time. Mrs. Money was a member of the Central Christian Church and the Pioneer Sunday School Class.

She is survived by her husband Lewie of the home; a son, David Money of Enid; a grandson and a sister, Mrs. Charles (Eva) Shaw of Oklahoma City.

Funeral services for Mrs. Money will be at 2 PM Saturday in the Chapel of the Henninger – Allen Funeral Home with the Rev. Lewis Corporon officiating. Mrs. Money will be buried in the Enid Cemetery.

The family has designated Central Christian Church as a suitable memorial. The church and Henninger – Allen will serve as custodian of the memorial fund.
