DR. WALTEN H. McKENZIE

ENID - Funeral was held Friday afternoon for Dr. Walten H. McKenzie, 67, who died Wednesday.

Dr McKenzie had been a resident of Enid since 1894. He graduated from Vanderbilt School of Medicine, established office here in 1904.

Since 1914 he had been a semi-invalid. His father, Dr. H.B. McKenzie, was a pioneer Enid physician. He served as mayor of Enid from 1909 to 1911.

Surviving are his son, Dr. Walten H. McKenzie, Fort Worth, and two sisters, Mrs. H. F. Tagge, and Mrs. J. R. Batterson, both of Enid.
