The funeral for Franklin A. "Sonny" Iverson, 59, who died Sunday, July 26, 1992, at St. Mary's Hospital after a sudden illness, will be at 11 AM Wednesday at Henninger – Allen Funeral Home. The Rev. Melvin R. Duncan will officiate. Burial will be in Enid Cemetery.

He was born in Enid and attended Enid schools. On January 29, 1955, he married Roseleen Luetkemeyer. They lived in Enid. He served in Japan and Korea with the 45th Division during the Korean conflict, and was a truck driver for several Enid businesses including Gold Spot Dairy and Atwoods. He also worked for Schlumberger Well Service for several years.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. David (Roxanne) Rogers of Enid and Mrs. Doug (Kathy) Corderman of Oklahoma City; two sons, Bruce of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and Mike of Enid; two half sisters, Tessie Tustin and Flossie Peck, both of Poteau; and six grandchildren.
