The funeral service celebrating the life of Mrs. Angela Hays, 63, Enid, is 10 a.m. Thursday July 20, 2017, in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kenneth Wade, of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial follows in the Enid Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

She was born Oct. 6, 1953, to Bobby and Louis Ayers Heitzman in Miami and passed from this life July 15, 2017, in Enid. She moved with her family to Blue Jacket, and later to Enid, graduating from Enid High School with the class of 1972. She worked in the medical industry as a L.P.N. and C.N.A. and then graduated from Northern Oklahoma College in Enid with the class of 1990, as a Registered Nurse. July 6, 1991, she married the love of her life, Mr. Jerry Ray Hays, in Enid. She worked at Integris Bass of Enid, St. Mary's of Enid and then at O.U. Medical Center, until she was medically unable.

She is survived by her son, Shea Poage and wife Jennifer of Lahoma, daughter, Jenifer Luper and husband Brandon of Enid, seven grandchildren, Hannah, Kyle, Jayden, Bobby, Jocelyn, Kaleb and Bryleigh, and nieces; Judy Whitmore, Sharon Stromsodt, Jeanine Deterding, and Pam Lautt

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers Mike and Steve and Zona.
