The home-going celebrating the life of Anthony Clardy Jr., 24, Chester, is 11 a.m. Wednesday August 30, 2017, in the First Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Wilbur Flynn officiating. Burial follows in the Enid Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

He was born to Anthony Sr. and Alecia Flynn Clardy Dec. 12, 1992, in Enid, and entered into heaven August 24, 2017, in Seiling. He was raised in Enid and attended Pioneer schools. He was active in athletics throughout his life and played basketball, football, and his all-time-favorite sport, baseball, at Pioneer High school, graduating in 2011. After graduation, he started farming and ranching and worked for various area farming companies. He was currently working as the ranch manager at the Chain Ranching Group's Pitman Ranch in Chester. He was an avid outdoorsman and had a passion for hunting and fishing, even working as a hunting guide from time to time. He also enjoyed riding horses, roping and bull riding.

He is survived by his parents, Anthony Sr. and Alecia Clardy; one brother, Charles Clardy; one sister, Saherena Clardy, grandmother Darlene Flynn, his God-Grandparents Carle and Betty King, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family,

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Floyd Flynn, two grandmothers Shirley Mitchell and Chrystal Clardy.
