Nina B. Blades

Mrs. Nina B. Blades, 87, 714 W. Pine, died Wednesday afternoon in an Enid hospital after a long illness.

She was born and reared in Wichita, Kansas, coming to Enid following her marriage to Wellington Blades in 1906. She was a member of the Cherokee Lodge of Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Engineers auxiliary.

Survivors include the husband of the home; two sons, Wesley Blades of Denver, Colorado, and Leslie Blades, Little Rock, Arkansas; one grandchild, and two great – grandsons.

Funeral services will be Friday at 10 AM in the Chapel of the Brown Funeral Home with the Reverend Robert Young officiating. Entombment will follow in the Enid Cemetery Mausoleum under the direction of Brown funeral home.
